1. Using this website

• You may browse, read and share the content here for your own use.
• You may not copy, republish or resell the content, code or designs as your own work.
• You may not attempt to break into, overload or disrupt the website.
• You may not use the contact forms to send spam or unsolicited offers.

2. Intellectual property

All text, design, code and graphics on this website belong to Sahil Kumar Jha unless stated otherwise. Client project names and logos shown in the portfolio remain the property of those clients and appear here only as examples of work completed.

3. Project terms

When you hire me for a project, the following applies unless we agree otherwise in writing:

• Quotes: a written quote is valid for 30 days and is based on the scope agreed at that time.
• Payment: projects usually start with a 50% advance, with the balance due before final handover. Monthly services are billed at the start of each month.
• Timelines: timelines assume you supply content, access and feedback on time. Delays on your side move the delivery date accordingly.
• Revisions: two rounds of revisions are included in the agreed price. Further changes or new features are quoted separately.
• Ownership: once the final payment is received, you own the design, content and custom code delivered for your project.
• Third-party costs: hosting, domains, premium themes, plugins and paid tools are billed to you at cost and are not included in my fee.

4. Support after launch

Every project includes 30 days of free support for fixes and small changes related to the delivered work. New features, content changes and ongoing maintenance after that period are quoted separately or covered by a monthly plan.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a project at any time in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date is payable, and any advance beyond that amount is refunded. Advances are non-refundable once design or development work has started, to cover time already spent.

6. SEO and performance results

SEO improves visibility over time but no one can guarantee a specific position in Google results, because search rankings depend on factors outside anyone’s control. I commit to the work, the method and honest reporting — not to a guaranteed ranking. The same applies to traffic and sales figures.

7. Limitation of liability

The content on this website is provided for general information. I am not liable for losses arising from decisions made purely on the basis of the articles here. For project work, my liability is limited to the amount paid for that project.

8. Links to other websites

This site links to external websites and tools. I am not responsible for their content, their privacy practices or anything that happens once you leave this site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
